Thank you for all being such amazing guests! I appreciate each and every one of you and genuinely enjoy seeing you each time you come to the salon. I take great pride in being there for you and helping you to look and feel your best.
Starting February 1, I will have new hours.
Tuesday-Friday from 12p-6p
Saturdays from 10a-4p
However in order to accommodate clients who need more flexibility for later appointments, I have two options:

Tuesdays I will extend appointments until 8 pm

Wednesday through Friday, you can schedule appointments that last past 6 p.m for an after hours 20% surcharge.
The after hours surcharge applies to any appointments needing to extend past my regular business hours. This means that your service should be completed by 6pm. Any appointments starting after 4pm will be only accepted if the service can be completed prior to 6pm.

Service Re-Do's
I want you to LOVE it, not Like it.
I strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on a look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one service, if it was discussed that it may take a couple services.
I do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair.

Covid-19
Health and Safety Procedures
As always I take your health and safety very seriously. Please reach out to reschedule your appointment if you or someone in your home has been ill or running a fever within the 2 weeks prior to your appointment. If you must cancel due to illness, the late cancellation fee will not be charged. I also ask that you do not bring any additional guests with you to your appointment.
As always, I will use a clean cape for each guest, and my station and tools will be disinfected and sterilized between each guest also.
Wearing a mask or other face covering is optional for fully vaccinated guests during your salon visit. You will need to provide your own mask/face covering. If you do not have a mask/face covering, You will be given the opportunity to purchase one, or to reschedule your appointment. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, the late cancellation fee may be charged.
