Need to Cancel or reschedule?

Running Behind? I understand, however...
I reserve your appointment time just for you, as I do for all of my guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as to not disrupt the bookings of following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment.

Your appointments are very important to me, Your appointment is reserved especially for you. An appointment confirmation text is sent 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to confirm your appointment please contact me.
If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be charged and must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. All services over $150 will require a credit card number left on file prior to scheduling and will be charged for 50% of the scheduled services if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
I do ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide a 48-hour notice. In the event you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running behind, you must contact me directly.

An appointment confirmation text is sent 48 and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to confirm your appointment please contact me. If you do not contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be considered a No-Show and will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services which must be paid prior to being rescheduled for a new appointment time. You will also be required to leave a 50% deposit for any future services scheduled.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to make it to your scheduled appointment.
